Faktenchecks bringen nichts, Empathie vorleben bringt nichts, man hört nur noch auf Hass. Entweder es muss eine großangelegte Aufklärungsaktion gestartet und Medienkompetenz vermittelt werden, so dass man sich wieder ein echtes eigenes Bild von der Lage verschaffen kann (lol, viel Glück), oder ein Parteiverbot muss her. Ersteres dann im Nachgang ausrollen.

Geh mal zum Allergologen und lass dir Itulazax verschreiben. Das ist Birkenpollenextrakt. Man legt sich einmal am Tag eine Tablette unter die Zunge, bis sie aufgelöst ist. Das macht man 2-3 Jahre und in der Regel ist die Allergie weg. Ich mache das jetzt beinahe 2 Jahre und kann mittlerweile wieder Haselnüsse essen, ohne dass sich der Gaumen anfühlt, als klebe eine heiße Tomate dran. Auch die Birkenpollen sind nicht mehr so schlimm. Zusammen mit Mometasan und Lorano Pro krieg ich gar nichts mehr davon mit.
