Setting aside whatever morals about this, it seems rather unwise to just up and publicly declare. Like, "Ayo, yo, cartels! We'll be coming to get you! Eventually! But definitely! So you better be ready for us!"

"I'm free! I'm freeeee!" Cries the bottomost crab, high on a dab.

Why, however gateful do you need to be? Tis a tease, a tease! Be as gateful as you please! Meander round it 'nd walk about, or walk right through it, in and out!

What's a teacher to do when the lock to the gate is in the student's mind?

So the guys who got caught leaking their weapons the UK gave them to the RSF to support them in the Sudanese civil war and help them lead their genocide are now getting advanced microchips from Microsoft. I'm sure this'll be just fiiiiiiine.

I don't think kids give a lick about any of that. The songs are catchy, the animation is goofy but endearing, the girls are charming and relatable despite their "stardom," the fantastical elements still play into universal themes (feeling like one must hide the dark side of one's self versus breaking free,) the story is quickly paced and succinct with little-to-no drag. Politics is definitely not a part of it.

I mean, that seems like a pretty dumb conclusion for him to jump to, but yeah, it could be the case I suppose.

TBF to the guy, I never believed in instant love either for the longest time. Then a couple really shitty things happened, and I was pretty much left with zero emotional anchors. Then attraction/infatuation suddenly went wild, and I was so not ready to cope with it. Maybe that dude is just not there yet for one reason or another. It's hard to believe in an experience you haven't had yet.
