Statistically red shirts are less likely to die than blue or yellow shirts, as there are significantly more red shirts on board a ship which means a lower percentage of red shirts die, so this joke is illogical.

Exactly what I was thinking.

The problem, I think, is that people think Neelix is this vapid obnoxiously happy character.

Once you're a bit older or if you've been through shit, you realise he's suffering from severe trauma and mental illness, and that the whole jovial extroversion thing is often a coping mechanism. He's been through a lot, so he doesn't want others to be sad.

Far more complex than you initially think.

As someone with relatives who survived the holocaust, I recognise the type.

If he manages to finish his term. Biden's old but so is Trump.

the best way to accomplish that is to divorce him and write a tell-all book. the best way to accomplish that is to divorce him and write a tell-all book.

No. The best way is for Donald to drop dead, which isn't that unlikely given his age, possible medical conditions, obesity, and the amount of stress he's going through. Post-humous trials are also rare, so that would save the family a lot of trouble.

I wouldn't be surprised that many in the republican establishment would also breathe a sigh of relief if that happened, while publicly claiming to defend his legacy and using it to win votes.

The thumbnail I see on kbin is a picture of Trump giving a thumbs up. The picture in the article isn't Gambon either.

It serves no purpose

Autoerotic asphyxiation.

Fun fact: Incense was historically used for funerary purposes. It hides the smell of decaying bodies. It's also used in some churches, pilgrims can be very smelly. The egyptians used frankincense for mummification.

The smell is probably from the sewer btw. It's possible the water level in one of the sinks or toilets is too low, but your grandfather doesn't notice the smell anymore. It may be enough to simply run the taps a bit.

Or your grandpa murdered someone and hid them under the floorboards.

Community ended almost a decade ago.

So I suspect what's happening, is that they're finally making a community movie, but Chase likely wasn't invited to join the cast.

If AI does go rouge, is because it was either poorly designed, or we have failed as a species.

I don't think AI is at risk of going communist any time soon.

It may go rogue though.

A few years ago I bought a xiaomi fitness tracker for 30 euros. Used every day until I got bored of it. Left it in a drawer for a year, tried it recently, still works just fine.

Not that I'd necessarily recommend getting one, but if the battery on yours is already dead, I agree that is suspiscious. Sounds like it's by design.
