Why is this 1st and 10 and not 1st and 25 if the Chiefs did a foul?

Derek Carr's teams have slowly but surely gotten worse and worse in the redzone since he entered the NFL in c/nfl@nfl.community

The drop in 2018 when Gruden took over the playcalling seems very significant, but for some reason he hasn't recovered since.

The Bears are the most interesting project in the NFL. They can get Caleb Williams and the best OT in the draft to protect him. Already have a top receiver to throw to. I feel like the Bears could be the best NFC team over the next 10 years.
