Als Lehrer muss ich sagen, dass ich hier wenig von den Negativseiten lese. Ich weiß nicht wo und an welcher Schulform Du tätig bist, aber ich erlebe, dass es in der freien Wirtschaft deutlich leichter ist, nach 37,5-40 Stunden den Stift fallen zu lassen.
Als Mann frage ich mich: Wie kommt man überhaupt auf die Idee? Ich gebe höchstens Bisous, wenn ich gute Freunde in Paris besuchen gehe. Aber auch bei männlichen Freunden. Da berühren aber auch keine Lippen die Haut.
Bei allen anderen Menschen, besonders im beruflichen Umfeld, würde ich nie auch nur auf die Idee eines Kusses kommen.
Let‘s wait for independent benchmarks then. I wouldn‘t trust any company after the devastating shake up of the industry after the release of Apple Silicon for computers.
I paid 430€ for the Eee and I paid 1100€ for the MacBook. Sure that‘s not just a little more money.
However, the way I calculate such purchases is: price divided by years of usage. I used the MacBook as a main computer for four years until I could afford a more powerful Mac mini as my desktop computer. I continued to use my MacBook intensively for university and for mobile photo editing for another five years. This means a total lifespan of nine years or 122€ per year.
If I had stalled my decision not to send back the Eee and try working with it ignoring the shortcomings, I maybe would have used it for a year or a couple of months longer. The netbook trend, according to my recollection was quite short so I guess I couldn‘t have sold it for a good price then.
So what I actually wanted to say is that the MacBook, despite it costing more than double, was by far the better deal for me.
They were unbearably slow even back then. I returned my 1000H with its Atom N270 after a day and saved a little more money until I was able to afford a 2008 MacBook. Never regretted it. On the contrary, this marked my complete move to MacOS which saved me from continuing to use Windows.
How far are they with self-hosting? I saw that on their roadmap a few months ago.
Eine echte geschmackliche Annäherung wäre mir noch wichtiger.
Verstehe den Sinn dahinter nicht.
Ich nutze seit 8 Monaten nen Telekom Schnellstart mit unlimitiertem Volumen, weil die Telekom bei der Glasfaser im Neubau nicht in die Pötte kommt. Der einzige Vorteil hier ist, dass wir nichts für‘s Internet zahlen. Die Geschwindigkeit ist mit 100/50 gut, aber wenn ich selbst die Telekom-SIM zahlen müsste, würde ich das gleiche zahlen, wie für 1000/200 per Glasfaser. Und ich wüsste nicht einmal, ob die Telekom mir nicht kündigen würde, weil sie sich an den (im Schnitt) 300 GB an angelaufenen Daten pro Monat stören würde.
For a European the way Americans spend their money and deal with their finances is really weird. My (2!) credit cards have almost no incentives and I always pay back the negative balance each month. Balancing out a credit card debt with one of my other nine credit cards is not a thing here, which demands a more conscientious way of dealing with debt. Just don‘t spend money you don‘t have.
Ich muss ebenfalls sagen, dass ich lange schon nicht mehr der Veröffentlichung neuer Episoden so entgegengesehnt habe. Die Serie ist abwechselnd Augenweide und das Gefühl von Beklemmung in einem absoluten Albtraum. Ich hoffe sehr auf eine zweite Staffel.
