You seem to have doomscrolled a lot. Our earth is inhabited by billions of people with millions of businesses and you're thinking a few isolated cases mean you're in danger of being cancelled 🤣
It is an emotional problem. I own part of a business and it's nearly impossible to "cancel" me.
As someone else said, perspective makes all the difference.

That someone can have the best life possible and feel good instead of being hurt doesn't explain where the value and worth comes from. You can objectively be worth next to nothing or even be detrimental to society and still deserve a good life.
In fact, I think humans have no worth at all. They destroy the environment simply by existing in capitalism. There is no such thing as an ethical consumer. And in capitalism, we all consume.
That doesn't mean I want humans to suffer. Please note that distinction. It's OK to be worth nothing, you're allowed to just live.
