Man kann natürlich wie viele Leute implizieren man würde immer 110% geben oder ehrlich sein und die Frage so verstehen, wie sie gemeint war:

110% ist natürlich nicht möglich. Du kannst in einer Stunde nicht 66 Minuten arbeiten, egal wie sehr du es dir vorlügst.
Ca. 80% und das ist viel zu viel. Davon habe ich Burnout bekommen und man arbeitet einfach nicht effektiv, die Leistung sinkt über die Zeit. Sinnvoll sind vermutlich 40-60%.
