They shouldn't have done this for years so they don't need time to plan. Saving the planet is expensive and you shouldn't cheat or you just have to pay.

Das ist nicht ganz korrekt. Der NDR ist ein öffentlich-rechtlicher Sender und muss staatsfern bleiben. Er wird nicht durch Steuern, sondern Gebühren finanziert.
Der öffentlich-rechtliche Rundfunk wird also nicht von der Regierung finanziert, sondern von den Bürgern.
Abgesehen davon ist die AfD nicht Teil der Regierung.
Die Regierung und insbesondere CDU und SPD haben natürlich nicht unerheblichen Einfluss auf den ÖRR, aber das stand ja hier nicht zur Debatte.
