They are going to come to the conclusion that they are not running nearly enough screens

It's an "any given week" league. Detroit's defense isnt that great. Bears running game, especially with Fields back, should be able to grind out some long drives and control the clock and make it closer than people think. I say that is what should happen. More likely that we are going to get 37 screen passes and lose 35-9 with our coaching staff
As far as Fields goes, I don't think any one game between now and the end of the year is going to make or break it for him. There is no reason to not look at the body of work as a whole.
So if he never played in Chicago and we were looking to add him on the depth chart he would likely be our #3 back. Nothing has magically changed with Monte, he just has a better O-line.
I'm over him. We made him a good offer and he wanted out. Fuck him and his manufactured saltiness.
Throwing all those picks less than a week ago is going to make him more cautious regardless of what the coaches said.
Frank Reich looks like a long haul trucker who just drove straight through from Chicago to Jacksonville and is sitting in a Waffle House at 3:30 am waiting for a shop to open up to work on the clutch on his rig.
Thanks for DJ and Foreman.
This should be Eberflus' head if he is a defensive coach and lets the worst team in football come from behind to beat us in Chicago
A quarter of football and a quarter of Kelce
Damnit. I usually don't do that. Ha.
Remember when Flus coached circles around him last year on Monday night? Pepperidge Farms remembers.
Pace obviously has some history with him, so if they fire Flus and he doesn't get an interview that would say a lot about Bieniemy.
If we leave this draft without MHJ, I will consider it a failure.
