they have social credit scores in Israel too? Is is netanyahupoints or just putinpoints as well? (better have a universal currency for war crimes, including building military headquarters under hospitals with stolen aid like hamas)

I like the French system. Each constituency is represented by one person who got a majority. In the UK you also get your own representative, but they could win with 20% of the vote if everyone else has less (First Past The Post)...so in the french system you have two rounds to make sure that a majority of people don't end up represented by someone they despise.

Proportional representation usually does not give you a representative, you have very little idea who your vote is electing after the first and second candidates...which is annoying when you look down the list and see these interloper nobodies who end up being someone's cousin that nobody's ever heard of and has never been seen in public.

Named “We,” the platform promises to determine a user’s comparative “social status” based on a survey that includes questions about income, family status, benefits, creditworthiness, criminal record, lifestyle and state awards, among others.

Criminal record: putin's scoreboard of excellency https://www.scmp.com/news/world/europe/article/3174724/russias-putin-decorates-army-unit-accused-ukraine-war-crimes

How many putinpoints do they get for using a 3 to 13million$ Kh-101 cruise missile to bomb a children's hospital chemo ward?

You used to have (still have, I think) very simple friends-of-friends algos that are not ML, they are just graph connectivity and distance with some union-joins thrown in the middle. They work for recommendations like steam games of what people who like this game also liked.

Yea, by "before" I guess I meant before 2013...which leaves more "after" than "before" for social media 😅 .

No, I did mention the USSR's invasion of Afghanistan after your myopic comment, because credit for the destruction of Afghanistan is shared between the USSR and the US, unless you consider the USSR part of the "evil west".

With the far-right winning elections all over the world, the Taliban are going to feel right at home when they finally get to the 20th century.

It's potentially worse, because before you may have had an algorithm that a human could fine tune or whistleblow on. Now if it is trained on large datasets, the resulting algorithm is usually a blackbox weight matrix, they probably have no idea what pattern it is optimizing :S

Quand le gauchisme est trop elitiste et maginalise les zones rurales, je crois que ça aliene des blocs essentiels du pays et les pousse dans les bras des reaccionaires.
