On today's episode of "Leopards ate my Face:"
GrindingGears
We need to stop trusting the experts eh?
Sounds like the brain worm is back, Bobby!
My experiences with HW3 and HW4 have been horrifying. I always turn off the FSD trials whenever they push, and the bastards still find a way to enact and screw up my cruise. The car itself is fine, but this FSD shit is a legit scam.
AI is just fancy Google. I have yet to see it produce anything actually useful, or at least much more than a simple Google search could produce a decade ago. It's like the world's done lost its mind.
I'm guilty of a High Noon here and there.
I'll just crush sours instead. And let's keep this shit realistic, I'll struggle to finish a 12 pack between here and Christmas. >50% of this households alcohol purchases end up pouring down the drain half a decade+ later
We live in the voodoo zone now. I would read everything with a hypercritical lens going forward when it comes to this government and this province. The murderer's calls are coming from inside the house, when it comes to Alberta. It's misinformation central.
I'd start with Internet. Actual Internet infrastructure, buy an actual independent party that's not reliant on Robellus.
Banking thats not directly reliant on the big 3.
I understand, and appreciate the point and intent on the CRTC and the Canadian financial system protections. But the consumers get fucked as a result of them as well. At some point, the gates have to get opened here, somehow.
Banks used to pay us interest. Now they soak us in fees, reporting billions in quarterly profits, under government protection (and let's not kid ourselves, they are the government). Ditto for the communications system.
The Horizons are just literally too much, they are overwhelming. Yet at the same time, they start to feel repetitive, like there will be a few good speed challenges or a handful of races that are enjoyable. Other than that, there's so much, yet it feels so dead.
Forza Motorsports, the latest iteration was straight up trash. The online multiplayer has been wrecked by people that just outright cheat, like it's so bad it's blatantly obvious. You have no way of winning if you aren't cheating, and most likely will end up in a pileup somewhere in the back because no one can drive. The story mode has been wrecked by a progression system that just literally makes no sense. It's arguably a fairly attractive game to look at, but totally empty inside.
Just be warned it's like the crystal meth version of chocolate. There's no casual use of Purdys chocolates, next thing you know the whole box is gone and you are making the shadiest of excuses on why you need to go to the mall.
