It definitely doesn't improve things materially, but when I don't have the power currently to affect change in any of the major problems hounding me, it has been genuinely soothing to just let go.
It's not a good place to be, but it is peaceful. And when you're tense as fuck non-stop for whole months, I'll take it. Depression is a welcome respite from anxiety, basically.
Making a conscious choice to reenter depression. Life is just easier when you don't give a shit or try.
Love the daily question of whether or not I should just say fuck it and off myself that's brought about by my constant need and lack of money.
