The same people that claim fields needs more time lol - Bagent has shown equally as much as fields imo - less athletic talent, better vision / awareness, and they roughly even out. The difference is Bagent has played 3 games, fields 3 years
And he’s a rookie in his first couple starts, fields looked objectively worst in his first start (Cleveland) than Bagent did but people still won’t have patience for Bagent lol. To be clear, I don’t think either QB will be the answer, but Bagent has more reason to excuse his bad play at this point in his career than fields.
