It's a type of Euphorbia which is not a cactus. Euphorbia has several plants in the genus that shows Convergent evolution with some cacti hence why they look so similar.
I'm pretty bad with Euphorbia ID but my guess would be Euphorbia makallensis.

That was three days ago, where have you been?
Most of ours comes direct from China by my wife's family but if we buy in Australia we get it from the Asian grocery markets.
I also have a favourite health food store that stocks all sorts of medicinal tea that I peruse. Things like linden flower, damiana and yerba maté.
Well, it does look like a particularly hard ride though..
