Wasn't that introduced to counter ideas about geoengineering against climate change?
Like solar engineering and stuff like that? It makes sense from the perspective of somebody who denies man-made climate change to not have people tamper with this.
I don't think the claim of this resent event beeing an geoengineering attack and the bill you refer too are connected. At least not as far as I understand it.
I've seen to much "I am sorry, Jon" content over on reddit. I looked at this and was like "Why hasn't he turned into an eldritch beast yet?! Is there a panel missing?"
Nepal and India both had places where foreigners would pay much more than locals. Fine with me, i earn much more too.
I always understood them as a way to signal to other drivers the reason for driving slow and / or more defensive.

Right?!? Another thing is that plot lines are reused a lot. Often movies feel so very shallow and to me.
The most recent movie I likes a lot was "Everything Everywhere All at Once". That felt like something unique to me.
I'm exactly like that, but the other way around. 90 % of the movies I watch I don't enjoy. Mayhap it's just not my medium. Makes the 10 % I did enjoy realy worth it tough.
I am not as critical of Ai as many here are, but this is the slopiest AI slop that I have seen in a long time.
