First they came for the Yaoi

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Fujoshi

Then they came for the Porn

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Gooner

Then they came for the Games

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Gamer

Then they came for the Anime

And I did not speak out

Because I was not a Otaku

Then they came for me

And there was no one left

To speak out for me

Political cartoons are typically like this. The one you're replying to is a really old one I think.

I mean. A social database I feel is toxic in of itself. It's makes forgiveness harder, it makes changing yourself harder. What's the point in changing if people are gonna look you up in a database like this and perhaps forevermore treat you as if you are like that in the present day, forever. It assumes that humans are unchanging, that once a shitty person always a shitty person.

Nicotine can be bad for your cardiovascular health. It can lead to hardening of arteries over time. Vasoconstrictive effects of nicotine are also really bad for oral health and can encourage development of gingivitis/gum disease, a reminder that loss of gums can be permanent. I vape, been trying to quit, been on and off. It's an insidious habit to kick. I won't discount that it can be good for focus tho, lol.

It's adulterants and the solder used. I believe you can access the study through the article itself. It should tell you some of the sources of heavy metals.

"Never age" ...huh, I wonder what "enigmas" is he referring to?

I mean....the youth in general don't usually come out for elections, but I'd like to think that when they do, they'll be voting for their own long-term best interests. When it comes to gullibility, plenty of older people fall for scams and cults all the time, I mean shit, look at Brexit, a case where mostly older voters voted for something they probably didn't do too much research into a side from watching a political ad and just outright believing it. If impulsivity was a problem, then older people can have that problem too. Plus...you're talking about 9 year olds? Really? It's absurd to make the argument that the group of youths a mere 1-2 years before the 18 year old adulthood designation gaining voting rights would be the same as 9 year old children gaining the right to vote.

One thing I've learned from the web serial Worm is that, trying to infiltrate an organization and serve as a double agent is HARD. Here's the thing, going undercover is hard. Convincingly pretending to have different values day after day is one actual method of actually changing your values overtime. Even emotionally balanced and trained spies can fuck that up and start sympathizing with the more human elements of the group they're trying to infiltrate.

Aren't the devs of Lemmy Marxist leninist or something and .ml is one of their instances?

You "can" change them, but don't some/most HOAs have it so that the more properties you own in a HOA, the more voting power/votes you have? Like you own 5 properties, thus have 5 votes?

It might just be that, since BYD is serving such a large domestic market/population, that allows them to have cheaper cars? Something something, economies of scale. I'm no expert though.

Now that the fascists have taken over, what books, academic studies, and pieces of knowledge should take priority in personal/private archival? I'm thinking about what happened in Nazi Germany, especially with the burning of the Institute for Sexual Science(Institut für Sexualwissenschaft) and what was lost completely in the burnings.

Some of us should consider saving stuff digitally or physically. Redundancies will help preserve stuff.

I wonder if there can be made a cryptocurrency that locksdown mining during winter and summer months in order to put less stress on grids around the world as well as be more climate friendly?
