Youโ€™ve made me think about how all my meals are either standing in the kitchen or on the couch.

Hmmmm.

No probs! And if it doesnโ€™t do anything for you thatโ€™s ok too. You can cross it off your list.

Agree with everything situation cake said as well :)

I'll kick off early:

Cheers ๐Ÿฅ‚

Also the kitten is the bravest one

I'm more than happy to agree with that!

Do I need an ecg on my watch? No, but the data is awesome haha

That's now I've approached my ptsd. I don't know if it's the right thing but it seems to work.

Well done โค๏ธ

Youโ€™ve got nothing to lose by trying. Keep in mind with Ritalin itโ€™ll take a week or so till you get the right rhythm for when to take the pill during the day.

ADHD/ADD is a neurochemical issue not behavioural. If you do have either, willpower wonโ€™t allow your brain to keep more dopamine available, or increase the amount in circulation.

You can't talk therapy or journal your way out of a neurochemical deficiency. Believe me, I've tried.

Medication can be scary, I know. But you may find that some of the behaviours youโ€™re unhappy with may have a chemical reason.

For most of my adult life I thought that I was just inferior, stupid and lazy compared to other people because I couldn't focus long enough to do the things that seemed to come normally to other people.

But that wasn't the case. My brain worked differently and thankfully there was a way to equalise the playing field.

Couldn't focus long enough to read a book after age 16. I used to inhale books before then. Let alone fill out forms or understand taxes or superannuation.

Just something to keep in mind.

Good luck!

PT done, shopping done. Bed awaits.

But there will be a cat upset she hasnโ€™t had her tuna treat yet.

Also the health stuff on the iwatch is actually pretty sweet. Somewhat of a novelty but still cool.

Brunnie sounds nice. Hopefully heading there tonight or tomorrow arvo. Need some specialist groceries.

It is weird being awake at 5am though. I used to do this a couple of years before lockdown for gym before uni and work.

Still rather this and get the sleep and be in a good mood than stay in bed longer and feel like shit.

Edit: 9am I donโ€™t know what to do with myself. I have very little motivation. Aaargh.

11:30am hour and a half PT session shortly. I will no doubt be ded

Thank you โค๏ธ

First block was 4 hours which is great!!!!

But back to normal after that.

Still a victory!

Experiment #2:

Instead of lowering the strength of the pill, I took it at 5am instead so it should wear off shortly.

Goodnight everyone โค๏ธ Here's to success hopefully.
