Swipe down from the top right corner, there will be only one icon highlighted it White with a red lock on it. That is step one.

Provided that you had theargrst model of iPhones, which I’m certain you have: Your kid rotated your phone to landscape, took a screenshot, added it as your wallpaper. Hopefully not a new tiktok trend.
