Can we not body shame men (and other penis havers) who have a problem with their body that has a cheaply available pill which solves it? It's not like eating red meat is the only way to get ED. It would be like shaming men for needing antihistamines.
Actually a more apt comparison is shaming women/vagina havers for vaginismus, which would also be unacceptable.

There's no actual evidence they used AI for anything though. The similarities between models and faces and stuff is good old fashioned plaigarism.
I don't love the comparisons between yourself and their other friends. It seems unnecessary.
To be honest, I wouldn't mention that you type their name in on Reddit or that you have knowledge of their current situation. I'd leave it more open-ended.
And one last thing, "you were wrong when you said I don’t care about you" could be rephrased to simply state that you care about them very much. It sounds like they said something hurtful to you, and it makes sense to want to respond/refute it specifically, but I'd assume if they're a good person, they said it in anger. And if that's the case, I would leave out what they said in this message.
This is all without specific knowledge of your and their relationship other than some recent posts I've read, so I can't comment on whether this is the right time to message them and you should be the judge of that.
