To copy a shit ton of files easily, a great free and open source program for that is https://freefilesync.org/
I use Macrium Reflect for backing up and restoring a full drive. The last free version installer is on archive dot org here. It's a bit less user friendly than free file sync.

I'm not into this, but a lot of people are on onlyfans to get access to chat with the porn stars (or if they're popular enough, their paid rp chat responders). Ai chat bot + video generation wouldn't fill the same niche.
My doctors will send lab test requests to whatever lab I need them to... even if they have a default lab, you should be able to request a different one.
They save it in their system, similar to how they save my preferred pharmacy, and I don't have to mention it every time.
