Probably not. Sometimes I eat whole grain noodles. I get maybe one serving of fruit and 1 of veg per day. I have some psyllium husk powder I can dissolve in liquid.

There's a clip of him saying "literally everything I do is for clout"

Edit found it https://youtu.be/EIAHdQ8PQwU

How do you eat spicy food without literally being in pain in your bowels for hours? The taste is not a problem for me but the other thing kills me.

Once I had something called lemon drop peppers and it was like that but not a health hazard.

Haha yeah! Maybe I should take some self defense classes to be able to back that up. (knowing of course that the best thing is to escape to safety)

You could die from a mouth/tooth infection, so maybe get quotes on just that particular problem to be fixed.

I know it's not as simple as "just get care" but it kinda is "get care or risk death."

Dental and orthodontic schools probably have a need for "hard cases" so widen your search for that. Another good term to look for is "sliding scale" fees.

Also, yeah, Mexico has some good doctors and dentists. There are also some frauds / psuedoscientists / low quality options so do your research and have someone with medical or dental experience to double check that the doctor or dentist you choose in Mexico is legit and their marketing materials don't raise red flags.

Ok, but also there are huge social barriers, so don't beat yourself up about taking your time.

I'm kinda scared to try makeup for some reason. I've worn stage make-up before and also eyeliner at times.

Maybe.

I've been mulling it over and I'm experimenting with peripherally fem stuff (longer, bigger hair, earrings, women's blouses/shirts, might fuck around with dresses this summer) but also I'm trying to increase my strength and muscle size and become a himbo and all of those things seem gender affirming and self affirming.

I'm aware that many of the above things aren't necessarily strongly gendered (women can build muscle, men can have long hair, etc etc). But it's been kinda freeing to make the jump to some women's cut garments.

The US's refusal to build and maintain infrastructure isn't indicative of the state of the rest of the world. Any conversion away from fossil fuels anywhere in the world benefits the whole world because we all live in the same greenhouse.

Renewables are better for sure, and that should be prioritized. But all avenues to save the climate must be followed.

Now I can only have one scoop of ice cream instead of half a pint.
