~~Hirens is better actually (if it's still updated) but they're both great.~~

Edit: original hirens has been out of date for over 10 years and the successor "hirens boot CD pe" very annoyingly doesn't label their releases with release dates. May or may not be up to date.

Have you tried yandex?

Make a Medicat bootable USB and boot to the stripped down windows and do like 3 different virus scans.

Then boot without internet access, grab any files you need, and nuke it.

I'd change any important account passwords.

A few glances up at the sun isn't gonna immediately blind you, but any direct viewing outside of totality does put you at risk of macular degeneration, and I assume other illnesses I'm not aware of later in life.

I'm not a doctor though.

Did some research, apparently those peppers are from Peru and they are commonly used to make ceviche.

Barely made it to totality due to me not planning ahead and gridlock traffic.

It was pretty fun driving 90 mph to make the last couple miles (traffic cleared up 25 minutes before totality).

I got to see the Corona and the diamond ring and also it looked like sunset in every direction which was wild.

Something people don't mention, but what was shown in avatar animated series is that colors get super desaturated before and after totality due to the quality of the light. Not like fully black and white but like the saturation slider is at 30% in photo editor.

Thanks! And yeah probably insoluble fiber too (not relying just on metamucil).
