I have enough games in my steam library that I could never buy another game, and be perfectly content. I'm quite willing to wait as long as it takes for a game to not only be brought to steam, but to get a major sale or be featured in a game bundle. Only difference is that if it takes too long, I'll never get it at all because I'll have better options.
Sounds like you got it working, but I was going to mention that NonSteamLaunchers can easily set up a game mode app for xbox streaming. I believe it's doing so by making a fullscreen web app though, so greenlight will hopefully offer a better experience if you have it working.
Looks like it does, I can use the list of Bluetooth devices in the QAM to quick connect to Bluetooth devices that don't auto connect, and the controller's battery shows up in both the QAM device list and the full Bluetooth menu.
My stadia controllers don't support BLE and can't wake the deck, but I have a Bluetooth keyboard that can. Going to Bluetooth menu in settings and selecting the keyboard gives me an option to disable wake functionality for it.
So yeah, looks like I can uninstall all 3 Bluetooth Decky plugins I use.
The Decky recorder plugin lets you do this now, but having the feature turned on adds about 1w of power draw.
Qubes is linux isn't it?
Yeah, I almost bought $20 worth of bitcoin when it was $.008 a bitcoin, which would be worth $168,000,000 today.
But realistically I would have cashed out a long time ago, so it would have been far less significant. I had some friends who bought at the same time though, one bought a car and the other got a healthy downpayment for his house.
After using Kagi a few months I've switched to Brave, and been pretty happy with it. It can be low on image results, but for regular web results I haven't needed anything else.
Kagi was pretty good, but it didn't really seem good enough compared to Brave search to justify $10 a month.
That's great news. The game already runs great on Steam Deck, but sometimes the EA app is really difficult to get logged in to.
I highly recommend this to anyone with a dock and a significant other. My wife and I played a lot of it together, and I overheard her telling her friends that it was like we were playing a pixar movie together.
Maybe, not all controllers work with the Deck's Bluetooth wake up. The controller specifically needs to support BLE (Bluetooth low energy) because that's what the deck uses while it's asleep. I know Xbox controllers support it, but I'm not sure if dualsense does.
The new list of Bluetooth devices in the quick access menu replaced the regular Bluetooth plugin too I think.
I need to do more testing when I get home, but I think I can uninstall both the Bluetooth plugin and controller tools now.
edit: And the plugin for managing what devices wake on Bluetooth connection, so 3 plugins total.
I'll check it when I get home if no one else has. I know the Decky plugins controller tools worked for checking the battery in my stadia controllers before, so I'm hoping this will have replaced the need for that plugin.
Reddit in 2010-2012 also had a lot of really insufferable atheists everywhere. Someone would say something like "thank god everyone's ok" and get downvoted while a bunch of people replied stuff like "if god is responsible for them being ok, then he would also be responsible for the crash and shouldn't be thanked at all".
