According to a web search, it's the webtoon "Return of the Shattered Constellation"

Google and Samsung now provide updates for 7 years, and Fairphone provides updates for 8 years.

From what I can tell, Apple doesn't promise a set number of years for updates. The iPhone x got about 5 years of updates before support was dropped, but Apple will occasionally give security updates to older devices if they're severe enough.

That's not even a weapon though, any steak knife would be much more dangerous due to having an actual handle on it.

It reminds me of when the british police bragged about taking a bunch of weapons off the streets, and they had just confiscated a tool bag from a handyman.

Thanks for the input. As someone who didn't play these when they first came out, I've wondered if it's worth playing through as a newcomer.

It has all the advantages of steamOS, can boot straight into game mode, supports Decky plugins, etc.

However it also supports installing traditional Linux programs permanently (which steam OS generally won't let you do), and has other benefits too.

It's news because of how extreme it is. 4 months in prison for having a novelty toy letter opener? Seems absolutely absurd.

Yeah, I'm hoping to see better Linux support for x86 programs on ARM and RISC-V hardware. I think the future of computers, and especially portable computers, is there.

There are lots of high end android games that this would make available, and we could also benefit from apps like Netflix/etc.

No, left side is correct for the breakfast gun.

A gun that size isn't actually big enough for situations where you need a gun, it's just meant to provide cover fire while you get a bigger better gun. You'll be using your left hand to fire the cover gun, so that your right hand is available for picking up the bigger gun. This has the additional benefit of leaving your dominant hand free to eat with.

Yeah, after some years of DDG getting worse I finally dropped them. I switched to Brave and it's surprisingly decent for an independent search engine. If you search for something that they don't have good results for they'll ask you if you want to get anonymous results from google as well, which means I don't usually have to switch search engines for harder results.

They do seem to have a much lower number of image results though.

Some of that reflects poorly on the hardware too. With a few exceptions, they've shipped a mouse-based operating system on hardware that lacks a good way to control a mouse. If they know that the hardware is running windows ahead of time, wouldn't it make sense to give users some good options for using windows?

There's also more obvious hardware issues like the ROG Ally burning up MicroSD cards.

I've been fortunate that the main games I want mods for, support it rather seamlessly on linux. R2modman for Lethal Company and other unity games, and Mod.io for Deep Rock Galactic.
