Obvious examples are countries like Russia, China, North Korea, etc. Russia specifically passed laws banning misinformation in 2020, and later fined google millions of dollars over it.

To be fair, it's also shown on a PS Vita. So the thumbnail was basically equivalent to showing Sackboy in a graveyard.

Great game, it and the original Pixel Dungeon were my most played phone games for years.

Another high quality mobile experience I can't recommend enough is Slice & Dice. Gameplay is quite different from Pixel Dungeon, but it's basically replaced all other phone games for me. Been playing it almost continuously now for the past 3 years.

Once you've added lutris to Steam, you'll be able to launch games through it from game mode. However, I would only try to install new games through it in desktop mode, due to the number of windows it opens during installs.

I really respect the effort put into seeing a joke through to being a real game.

Could just be the types of games I play, but it's really rare for me to run into a game that doesn't work out of the box these days. And Disgaea has always had a fair bit of brand recognition imo.

In my experience there are two types of Calvinists. One group is actually really chill, they'll explain their beliefs but they're not pushy, because anyone meant to be saved will be. They also aren't real concerned about being public morality police because they expect sinners to behave like sinners.

The other group literally is just Calvinists because it's a way to consider themselves intrinsically better than other people, because they're chosen and others aren't.

Yeah, for all people here complain about every web browser being chrome, the average web browser experience is so much better now than it was when Microsoft controlled the typical web browser.

Google is far from perfect, but the chromium project has resulted in a generally good browser. But I have serious doubts about the future of the chromium project in the hands of Meta or some other tech giant.

At max power draw, you should get 2-2.5 hours minimum. I would recommend recallibrating your battery and see if that improves things.

Valve is doing a decent job of replacing plugins with stock functionality. Progress is a bit slower there than I would like, but many of my decky plugins have been partially or fully replaced.

Some replaced plugins off the top of my head

  • Animation changer (although I still recommend the plugin for easier downloads of community boot videos)
  • Vibrant deck
  • Decky Recorder
  • Bluetooth (let you quickly reconnect to BT devices, but the QAM menu now lists BT devices directly)
  • Controller tools (let you see controller battery levels, which is now in QAM)
  • That plugin for managing what BLE devices would wake the deck

and probably some more I'm probably forgetting.

I know several privacy focused apps use it for syncing data between multiple clients. For example Google Chrome syncs user data to your Google account, but Brave browser syncs user data using block chain.

I don't know if it's actually the best way to do that, but it's an option.
