Actually now that I think about it, they're probably talking about it being unreliable in larger cities. I know I get much slower internet speed whenever I go to any larger cities due to network congestion.

But outside of major population areas they've been really good in my experience.

Imagine training an AI exclusively off of 4chan posts.

Tbf Tay bot and other chat bots that learned by interacting with users sorta already did this, just indirectly over time.

Where I am they're pretty reliable, and have better coverage than Verizon. My company provides a Verizon hotspot for work on the road, but I had to add hotspot to my at&t plan because Verizon leaves me without service too often.

I'm not affected by this outage where I'm at, but my wife at home lost service and had to restart her phone to get it back.

Protests generally don't change policy, although politicians may use them as justification for something they already want to push through.

I'd be happy to be a tester, but trying the link you provided gives me the following message:

App not available A testing version of this app hasn't been published yet or isn't available for this account.

The dopamine from updates is real. After using an arch based distro for awhile, I switched to one with weekly updates instead. I was surprised by how disappointing it was to check for updates and not have any available.

Haven't run into that issue myself, but I can confirm that Decky Loader has worked pretty well on beta for me. When steam updated their chromium version it did breaky Decky Loader for a day, but that's pretty much the only time in the past year that Decky broke on beta/main for me.

A few individual plugins might be broken, but I haven't really run into any.

Looking at maps, it's real, but most of the towns on the map aren't really towns. Paris is completely empty, just a park. Poland is very small, Banana has the airport and one restaurant, London is the only real community of any size. (edit: part of what I was counting as London is actually Tabwakea, London is very limited by land space and the population overflows into the larger land north of it. However this area is Tabwakea and not London.)

I tried Manjaro for awhile and had some major system breaks. Manjaro is/was often pitched as newbie-friendly arch, so having it break made me think arch was going to be even worse.

Been running endeavour for a few years now though, and haven't had any real issues. Much smoother than my Manjaro experience.

There was a FedEx driver who dumped $40,000 worth of packages into a ravine.

Yeah, I don't think it's sustainable for most games to provide enough new content to keep playing them forever. It's a much healthier content cycle for both devs and users to play other games once you've completed the existing content and lost interest. Personally I don't even usually play through larger single player games without taking long breaks. As soon as I start to feel fatigued with a game I'll switch to another title in my backlog for awhile, and then return a few days or weeks later to finish the first game.
