Of course half the population is starving. Israel bombed the other half.

We're caught up on Alice and are awaiting a second season of Hellbound (2021).
Just added Duty to our watch list.

Starting to get into Monarch (Apple TV). Sweet Home (Netflix) just released their second season and I'm geeked to check that out.

I think my favorite Movie in the Disaster category is going to be This is the End (2013).

the juicy overseas dealings stuff

You're talking about the $2 Billion he got from the Saudis for selling Israel's Defense Dossier, right?

Can we get a modern Altered Beast already?

If the only complaint about the premise was an attempt to help out non-insiders, with personal assets under 100k, then scratch that MAYBE off and let's write some legislature.

Foxes and cats don't tend to fill your car with black walnuts. They also don't break into your garage and fill boxes with black walnuts after chewing into them (chipmunks).

We've got a nice little acre across from us that's wooded/undeveloped. So we get deer, foxes, opossums, racoons, cats, squirrels, and chipmunks.

As corporations are people, I advocate jail time for companies.
Jail time for a company? How would that work?

Stock price is immediately frozen and placed on a restricted trades list.
No sells, no buys for the duration of the sentence (maybe a period of time for retail traders to exit gracefully at the locked price).
A member of the IRS is now on the accounting team for the length of the sentence + 5 years.
For "safety" this IRS auditor is cycled every 6 months.
During that time, quarterly audits, and any profits go directly to the aggrieved parties and/or Fed coffers.
The plan would pay for itself on the first sentence passed down.

What if the company closes shop instead of compliance?
Easy, IRS performs a Civil Forfeiture and immediately gains control of all aspects of the business. All stock options are cancelled, C-Level and higher immediately lose all stock and bonuses. Liquidate the remains and again provide for the aggrieved and bank the rest.

Be prepared to spend more than if you just replaced the board and CPU yourself.

To quote Bob Belcher, "Laugh On Loudly". Gloomhaven is so good that I kickstarted Frosthaven to support the maker. It's sealed in the box, in a closet.

I do play Frosthaven (we've completed Gloomhaven and Forgotten Circles) with 2 of my siblings and a step brother on Tuesdays. Fridays I play Crimson Scales (fan made Gloomhaven expansion) on Table Top Simulator.

Luckily, the sister and her husband host and do all the setup (we play their copy). TTS, I host but the "setup" is basically loading the mod and clicking a couple buttons. For the physical game, we use Gloomhaven Secretariat to manage the monster abilities, attack modifiers, health, effects, etc which really cuts down the setup/teardown time.

I did have a seat open up on the Friday table, we get together about 5:30pm and run until 8pm Eastern...

He's mad that she's a better fundraiser than her father. The aides just took the brunt of his self-shame.
