Trump is the kind of person who doesn't take responsibility for his actions. I don't think it occurs to that sort of person that they could just not do the bad thing. They think they're a victim when punished for doing a bad thing. The idea of just not doing the bad thing never registers as an option.

I have no intention of traveling to the states and I avoid buying American products. But I feel like a bit of a hypocrite because I still use American streaming services and watch American films in the theatre

What's the plan if the files contain damming evidence against Trump? Will he be impeached? Will he be arrested like anybody else? Will there just be no consequences whatsoever? What is the protocol when the president is revealed to have committed heinous crimes? I want to know NOW!

Because the US system is that there is an election every four years and only every four years even if the leader does a horrendous job. In Canada, if enough people are unhappy with the government, we have processes for calling an early election
