I don't think there is anything to prevent one government from undoing what another government has done, unless it is something constitutional where they have to have buy in from at least 7 provinces and 50% of the population.

SteamVR crashes when selecting desktop view. Store doesn't display, just a black screen. Library views fine. This was on Pop!_OAS. Under Bazzite, SteamVR runs but games will not load into Valve Index headset. So must be something going on with Wayland.

Oops corrected. Also i'm on linux, so haven't noticed or cared about Windows issues. Don't play games with anti-cheat either.
GTA VI isn't being released on PC until probably a year after console. I don't own any xbox or other locked down platform, so don't pay attention to it, so you definitely have a chance to make a sale to those like me who don't pay attention to console releases.

You would need a government in opposition provincially that was politically adverse to the federal government. If you end up with 2 conservative governments it's likely they wouldn't oppose one another ideologically.
