There's bugs in today's puzzle. Some clues appear out of order, but the game still counts it wrong if you make a choice before a redundant clue is revealed.
Or they say nonsensical things like "Row 5 has 0 innocents near Henry" but he is in row 3, of course he has no neighbors in row five!

The VA offers therapy in a few different formats. I bring this up as a disabled veteran myself, sometimes its just really nice to talk to another veteran who has been through the same thing and hear their perspective.
You have wonderful friends and I'm glad you have their support! But I also know from personal experience how difficult it is to upgrade a disability rating, so I really encourage you to ask your local cboc or VA facility to get you in touch with a peer support. They can even go along with you to the c&p exam to make sure you are heard, and help you talk about the things that are in those letters.
I now have 100% for PTSD, and if that's what you're trying to increase for, I can definitely say it's a more difficult exam than the first one was

All but one of the authors of this paper are dead. I agree with you though, and I would hope a retraction of a paper as serious as this would trigger a review of all the papers connected to the authors.
Teflon and certain ceramic non-stick pans can't handle the heat needed to sear a steak. You can look up the heat range of your pans, but generally if it isn't cast iron or steel, it's going to warp or degrade the coating. That means they won't last as long.
On the other hand I've never had to toss a cast iron pan. Sometimes I've needed to scrape off seasoning and redo it, and it's rare to ruin a cast iron pan to the point it can't be redeemed. But I've just bought my first carbon steel wok because it's much lighter than cast iron
