The article made me wonder if Smith is homophobic. The line about having a replacement violinist ready to go when he was fired made it seem like this wasn't a snap dismissal, though

I lost my real ID and had to replace it last month. I brought my passport, assuming that was good enough to prove who I am, and the dmv website said that is an acceptable document.

They wouldn't accept my fucking passport as proof of citizenship or anything else at the counter. This is after scanning my face to make sure it matched the photo on my lost ID lmao. I had to do the Karen thing and ask for a manager

I've been in pelvic floor therapy for a year and have felt like total crap because I'm still leaking doing every day tasks, to the point that I wear diapers. I'm not even 40 yet and never had kids!

I had no idea there were other options

I'd rather they eat me than starve. If I died tonight it would probably be a few weeks before anyone noticed

I can do that today when I talk to management about something else. I doubt they'll do anything, they'd have to tear out some curb to make it accessible. Guests aren't actually allowed to park on the property, but that isn't something that should apply to people with mobility problems

One of my neighbors has a disabled parent that baby sits for them. I get so fucking annoyed when they've managed to park in "my" disabled parking spot if I go out for an errand. It's stupid, and I feel like an asshole for feeling annoyed. There are two disabled spots for my building (roughly 48 units), and I would rather push my walker across the whole complex than park in the other spot, because it "belongs" to another neighbor who has less mobility than I do. We don't have assigned parking and I kinda hate it lol

They are so good as a pickle. I liked to put them in onigiri when I still had the opportunity to forage like OP

Grats on the raise! You two are obviously such a great match. I hope finances work out so she can stay at this facility!

It is actually legal. We know he used the pardon in a corrupt way, but the pardon being upheld for people who haven't gone through court yet has legal precedent dating back to the civil war.

I have some Ruffwear boots that I pair with socks for my dog. I got them six years ago, so I'm not sure how the quality holds up now but I still use the boots every year in Montana. I will say I found their sizing guide to be true to size!
