Used it before but not for rolling recordings. I heard it can be janky with hotkeys on Wayland, but I'll have to give it a shot.
Flaky
I knew people who needed the help of some of the subreddits he might be going on about, that is absolutely fucking disgusting.
Also I thought this was in the Ars article, but no, this was in an interview with the New York Times during the peak of the API protests!
Yeah. I read an article (also on Ars Technica funnily enough) about how some moderators aren't equipped to deal with things. I believe they singled out r/canning because of the potential for food poisoning, but r/ender3 had a sympathetic "mod" who only joined that subreddit as a moderator just to fuck with Reddit corporate when they were replacing the mods.
Reddit, predictably, did not respond, so whoever wrote that article did their job right.
I have to use all three what does that make me
Same here. Linux just need rolling gameplay recording and better controller support (steering wheels for one) and for me it'd be set. I know Decky has it for the Steam Deck but I haven't seen one for desktop that works fine on Wayland.
Honestly the past two iterations of Snoo before this logo were pretty good. Wish it wasn't attached to an awful website but, eh.
A friend of mine was talking about how they had blatant homophobia sent their way on an LGBT subreddit, which was upvoted. Went to check r/ApolloApp and someone critical of the dev (because he was selling merch) was being blatantly and casually homophobic with similar upvote behaviour.
I'm not an easily offended guy but, honestly, I'm glad I left that shithole.
Was going to recommend Lingua Ignota. All Bitches Die is a great but very rough listen. Last track on it is sombre(?) and beautiful.
This is how I learned Apple was even being investigated for this.
I was kinda worried with the LTT drama unfolding since DankPods does use Floatplane as a source of income. While Floatplane and LMG are technically separate, because it spun off of LTT people might not see it as such.
And yeah, I notice I watch YouTube a lot less now, ever since they stopped allowing people whose history was turned off to get recommendations on the front page. Maybe that's for the better. I still have a watch later backlog I should export to a text file or something.
It was how you made the posts after this one that made me think there was some ulterior motive here, esp with the Voyager one. That one in particular felt like you were trying to rile their community up.
I'm also pretty much done here too - I'm not saying the criticism is bad, if the popups were that bad then yeah, sure, but I've seen some genuinely awful stuff coming from the subreddit. Blatant homophobia towards people defending him, for one. Best thing I can say, given what the worst of the subreddit has come to (which, in the case of general homophobia, tracks with other subreddits according to people I know), don't be surprised if people found the posts to be an attack.
