He used to be anti-china when he wrote his geopolitical “philosophy” where he advocated for the dismantling of China by taking tibet and Xinjiang as buffer zones, but gives Australia as compensation which is the most stupid thing I heard in my life.

It did change a lot, I came to QC almost 20 years ago where the province is considered the best place to be for immigrants with kids. I think Quebec is catching up to the rest of Canada in terms of privatization and liquidating the public services.

Welp, I learned French before English and it makes it easier. Also, it helps with Spanish and some degree Russian.
