Yeah that's the faster solution. I like the convenience of having the drip/cauldron system right next to my smelters.

You can use stalactites and cauldrons to duplicate lava source blocks, then use lava buckets for heating the furnaces. It does take a lot of iron to make enough cauldrons though.

Katy Perry gladly took the center of the media spotlight, so naturally people use her image as emblematic when ridiculing the stunt. She is a vapid celebrity doing annoying celebrity messaging like "making space and science glam."

Katy Perry is an eager participant in the outrageous messaging around the flight. She earned the ridicule, not by being a woman, but by acting ridiculously.

A lot of it boils down to the fact that women have been instrumental in traditional space programs all along.
