Yeah you can current gen game on even a series s if you don't mind 1080p for cheap as fuck with game pass. (Relatively speaking ofc)
Honestly I still have to give credit where credit is due. As much as everyone's struggling lately, it's the perfect deal 200 dollar Series S on sale or used, and then game pass.
Thats where Microsoft shines (as much as the shitheads can) is if you're a broke ass gamer (like most of us hexbears). Game pass is an amazing deal, probs the best deal in gaming until micro inevitably raises the price.

I think that would be the cheapest way to play it... honestly from what you've told me ps5 sounds more up your alley than Xbox and ps5s are dropping in price fast.
