Here he is slightly smaller:) love him dearly
Fashtas
Max. 65kg maremma! Supposed to be guarding the chickens, but more likely guarding the lounge these days, he's getting on a bit
Always love your maps :) Glad to see you on Lemmy (or whatever we are on, Fed-i-verse all still very confusing)
Cool :)
The whole bunker story was part of the magic vs tech campaign.
A magical summoned creature had been let loose in the bottom bunker (computer) area and taken over the computer, locked the admin area where everyone was killed, and then sent orders to the rest of the bunker, including the barracks and support craft area
The top entrance level is the only part above ground.
Unfortunately my group got the bottom and accidently set off the reactor, then failed MANY MANY times to stop it so fled and the maps lasted one session before being turned into a fine mist.
Mechanically: Good lines of movement for players, especially if you are playing on a VTT.
Too many times I see maps that may "look good" but the games between pillars, or corridors, don't line up well with the grid and players have to edge through, or sometimes can't fit when it looks like they should.
Design: Nothing worse than a castle with a 50 foot corridor ending up at a broom closet. Rooms, layout should be at least partially logical in my mind. If players can guess on what the next room may contain based on clues in previous areas, makes everyone feel good about themselves!
The standard search seems to work. Magnifying glass icon, top of screen. Under the heart and create post.
Not sure how much of the federation is searched though. Local instance only? Stuff local instance knows about?
Wonder if Google grabs any of lemmy?
I shipped hello world once after like 6 months development.
I'd used some example project to start it out and never changed the (assembly name or some project property name?)
Some customer noticed ages later...
Just finished like the 5th play of arcanum (over many years) It's really worth it!
Grab the unofficial patch, bug fixes and lets it work better on latest hardware
Indeed. The largest weak point for me.
I have to go to third party site where I can see a list of communities, find one, copy some url, go back to my instance and search then paste the url.
At this point I get nothing, or 404, or a nothing found error. Generally this is where it stalls, and i give up and come back half an hour later if I remember and try again.
This time the search may find the community, but has failed to do so several times. Still trying to subscribe to a pathfinder community which I started trying to do earlier this morning
I see the same thing. My language is definitely set to English
