I prefer troops that weren't killed, I don't like losers
Liam's dad is the best host
Been thinking about how my first girlfriend broke up with me because I didn't take a minute of silence on November 11 to respect the fallen troops. It sucked at the time but talk about a bullet dodged
Armistice day has been stripped of it's original meaning too, now it's pretty straight forward in its glorification of war and our beautiful veterans. Sure there's a veneer of "war is hell, never again" but that comes off quickly and it's clear the real message is "We love our troops, thank you for fighting for ~~imperial interests~~ our freedom!"
Are rememberance poppies a thing in america? Or are they only a UK/canada/Australia thing?
The US doesn't want to embargo Cuba but everyone else insists they keep it going, what else are they supposed to do?
I feel fine laying at least part of the blame on those who build weapons. If they didn't want that blood on their hands they wouldn't contribute to the MIC. And before some comes in with the "but they have to make money somehow!" I have the same attitude towards conscription. Sometimes you have a moral obligation to refuse to participate in imperialist violence and accept those consequences. Be at least as brave as LegitTayUpdates and put your money where your mouth is
is definitely part of it
Maybe I'm wrong but I don't see what he would gain from having DeSanctimonious as his running mate, especially with how he's eaten shit and failed to get off the ground. In short Ron is a loser, and we know how trump feels about losers
If things go the right way we could have a Year of the Four Presidents situation happen. Trump beats Biden in the election, Biden kicks the bucket and Kamala is pres until Trump is sworn in, then Trump chokes on a Filet-O-Fish and whoever his vice president is becomes president
I only have the vaguest idea of who he is and his "interests", and that's more than enough for me.
