Why TF is IBM advertising on X? They sell mainframes. Who is scrolling through X and thinks 'shit, I could really use a mainframe'?

Because she's bad at it? The issues she's mentioning sound like things a person with sufficient knowledge about manufacturing should know. I get it it's a fun project for a hobbyist and she was 'learning by doing' but yeah, it's would not take 3 years for an expert.

1.5m in Spain. Super rare for anyone to get closer and if it does it's probably a tourist. All drivers will just follow you until it's safe to pass even if you're going uphill.

I've just looked it up and as I've said: extinguisher can last up to 20 years and you only have to check the gas pressure and if there is any psychical damage. But I know that in old extinguishers the powder inside could clamp up and proper way to use it was to shake it first. Hasn't been the case for quite some time now.

In my apartment building there's an extinguisher on every floor.

I don't think that's true anymore. It used to be the case in older types that the powder inside would clamp after some time but the new powders don't do it. You just have to make sure that the gas is still pressurized inside.

People using X window manage will just keep using them. Wayland doesn't offer anything valuable to most users so people will just keep using the managers they like. In 10-20 years we will get some nice, new managers that naturally will support Wayland and people will switch because of the features, not because 'X insecure, Wayland awesome' BS.
