When your founding narrative is the violence is the answer to problems, you continue to govern that way. When it is that peaceful negotiations that achieved independence, you continue to govern that way.

I was wondering what's the principal reason is that USA is so fucked up today. Clearly the main issue there is that they think USA is the best country in the world. This isolates them from the rest of the world, stops them from leaning from other countries, makes them unable to recognize their own faults and prevents them from ever improving their system. So economically the country is doing fine but the society is (and always has been) completely dysfunctional. But why? It clearly started with the revolution and myth that it was such a heroic fight for freedom but why were the American colonizers so susceptible to those lies? Why Canadians or Australians didn't fall for it?

Ashamed of your history? Don't worry, just whitewash it and pretend the ugly parts didn't happen. Now you can be proud again! Hurray!

Maybe it's because majority of people think that NFTs are a joke and don't agree that there are any benefits to this? Maybe they don't want to engage in a discussion because they already heard all the arguments and still think it's BS? I don't know, I'm just guessing.

Please, stop spreading Catalan propaganda. You're clearly ignorant about this subject. Spain is divided into Autonomous Communities. Each region has a lot of autonomy, exactly like in USA. Catalonia has even more autonomy than other regions. They have their own police force, healthcare system and parliament. The only things managed by central government are the ones they can't be trusted with like taxes. It's been proven that Catalan government defrauded a lot of money to pay for the illegal independence movement, clearly they are not fit to collect taxes. What they want now is full independence so that they can steal even more money without any oversight. Catalan parliament voted and passed a law declaring full independence (which was later declared null by the courts). To say now that they don't want to part with Spain is simply a lie. That's exactly what they tried to do.

The don't pay to keep the lights on, that's another lie. 90% of their production is sold in Spain. They make money because the rest of Spain is a good market that buys their products. Without Spain they would not be able to sell their products and grow their economy. This is basic economy, really. To imply that they are the only ones working and they somehow support the rest of poor Spain is simply disgusting. Please, educate yourself before writing about this subject and spreading lies.

If by 'contributed to the movement' you mean 'Catalans are using their strong economy as an excuse to disrupt Span's internal politics and demand more money and privileges for themselves to the detriment of the entire country' then yes, you're right. Not sure how that does make it any better.

Also, it's not their matter. It's Spanish matter.

Yes, that's the whole point. You can turn substitute computer program by a hash map and the results would be the same but everyone in general agree that a hash map is not intelligent. Defining exactly why it's not intelligent is tricky though. It comes down to some very basic concepts that we understand intuitively but are very hard precisely define like what it means to 'know' something or to 'understand' something. One famous example is a very good dictionary: let's say some guy has a very good Chinese dictionary. A Chinese speaking person can write question down and give it to this guy. He will look up every symbol in the question, translate it to English, respond and translate the response back to Chinese using the same dictionary. Does he 'speak' Chinese? He can communicate in Chinese but obviously he does not speak it. Does he 'understand' Chinese? Again, not really, he can just look up symbols in a dictionary. Specifying the exact reason why we would not say that he can 'speak' Chinese is difficult thought. It's the same with intelligence. We intuitively understand why a book is not intelligent but to say exactly why is tricky.

Yes, we don't have a universal definition of intelligence but we in general everyone would agree that knowledge is not intelligence. Simply storing information does not make anything intelligent. Book is not intelligent, Wikipedia is not intelligent, hash map is not intelligent.
