It's prob necessary to do something, even new ICE vehicles & new fuels are not the cleanest in India, but old ones prob really need to go, especially in a country with such pollution problems.
How to achieve that & why not boost public (city) transport instead, etc & why they decided to go this way can def be questioned - but that's in all nations & at the end something still gets done.
A woman in a black coat is then led away from the group and falls to the ground with a police officer.
Police can be heard saying "get up now", and the woman can be heard replying: "I'm trying".
A photo from after the incident appears to show Ms Thomas standing beside an officer with a swollen eye.
The witness said they saw Ms Thomas being tripped to the ground, and that she was struck in the face when officers attempted to get her to her feet.
"Several officers came over and in an attempt to help carry the individual away … that is when the strike occurred," the attendee said.
"It was very clearly a strike to the eye."
I'm not driving in baseball sized hail. in my book that IS an emergency.
Never said anything against that.
Just pointing out that if that was true, you would stop by the side of the road anywhere, not seek an overpass & drive to there in 'emergency conditions'.
Bcs this is what this post is all about.
Ppl stopping where they shouldn't & in conditions they would just drive on if there was no overpass.

is full fuck off to another overpass
Why would you fuck off to another overpass if the conditions are dangerous?
If it was an emergency you would stop asap.

I thought the exact same thing!!

Yeah, I was almost OK with the plot, they (re-)set-up the story fairly nicely, for a moment it had potential.
