I grew up with cartridges, so this is hilarious to me. With PS1, you had to put in a disc, close the lid, press the power button, wait for the logo startup sequence, then your game would start (assuming there's not some kind of problem that kicks you back to the disc/memory card screen). Don't even get me started on disc damage π
Now I'm a PC gamer with a humongous digital collection. Nothing gets damaged, and I get to keep all my games.
One double-click, and I'm gaming.
