The customer is only right if they threaten to cancel their service
Even then, if the cost of improving service is more than one customer's cancellation, the customer can kick rocks
Pyre was arguably a miss
But I see it as more of a red-headed-stepchild of their games.
It still has the trademark excellent writing and gameplay, but it didn't sell well because it's just a quirky game.
There was no market for a "wizard-basketball visual novel" (their words, not mine)
