And I encourage the U.S. to immediately cut support and stop providing diplomatic cover to these other groups committing genocide as well. And to stop suppressing Americans' free speech when they speak out against it.

I do not know specifically what would cause cancer, but bioaccumulation of environmental toxins (e.g. pesticides) seems a likely culprit. But this is only speculation on my part.
