Eh, depends on the person. I'm ace and don't really feel it mentally but my body will respond to things so I generally just find it to be an inconvenience. Though sometimes my partner and I get a good laugh about it because I'll not realize it sometimes and she'll notice before me.

Makes sense. I've been told that taking off the socks is what makes it gay to give the homies a smooch. So I cannot find fault in this logic.
It's just another form of taboo for the euphemism treadmill honestly. Like there was a time that what a lot of people now know as the r-slur was a term to try to destigmatize those conditions. When that was the polite and civilized way to refer to someone with developmental or intellectual disabilities. This is just a taboo created top down rather than bottom up.

The proprioception thing is interesting because it's also linked to things like ADHD and autism along with other sensory processing difficulties.
For me, my own poor proprioception actually feeds into my dysphoria on its own because it feels like somebody hit me with the Scale tool in Blender and added like 2 inches to all my bodily dimensions. I can't tell you how many times I've just barely smacked my head or hands on things or kicked furniture and how much frustration it has caused me with this damned flesh prison.

I personally enabled it a long time ago because I didn't want anything I didn't directly hide in the store to be hidden from me. Changed my mind after being inundated by the sheer fucking number of them. It was like half my damn recommendations sometimes.

Realistically it's not crazy to be at least a little bit upset with the sheer fucking number of them. I just wanted to make sure you and others knew that you can hide those smut games without hiding like everything with any NSFW content in it.
You can hide those porn games in your preferences at least. Not the same, but at least you don't have to see them if you don't want to. It even distinguishes between games that have nudity/sex and those that are flat out porn.
There's a setting in your store preferences to hide those games. It distinguishes between "there's sometimes nudity" and "porn game" even. 
That feel when you can't remember where you put a thing that you specifically put away to not lose it, but you can remember the exact location down to the millimeter of a thing you saw once a month ago.
