I did see one that mentioned asexual but I figured that one was probably less likely given it being in there with Bottom and Boykisser along with there being that stereotype of trans women being really likely to date or fool around with other trans women

They also refuse to grapple with the reality that if their "Glorious Revolution" does happen then a significant amount of people are going to die in the disruption. It's old code so I imagine they probably used a single byte to store it. Probably figured the Gay value only goes from 0 to 100 so they could have -100 for totally Straight, up to 100 for totally Gay and still have some padding room. To be fair though the Devs couldn't possibly have foreseen the Tumblr expansion absolutely shattering the scale.
It's kind of a case by case basis is my understanding. The president does have pretty broad emergency powers but the courts can block any individual one if they feel it's overstepping.
