Finch App . Not entirely sure if I believe their privacy claims outlined in their FAQ but I am a paid user so maybe. Anyways, its a habit tracker gamified. You get a little bird and take care of it (yourself). The more tasks you complete and stuff, use it to buy outfits, decorate your bird home, etc. Theres also a ton of different light therapy tools in there like breathing exercises, mindfulness techniques, etc.

Anyways, it got me flossing, stretching, and exercising more.
