I'd only ever use "sike" in a slang/informal context like here, and understand it came from "psych out". But I have almost never seen it spelled as "psych" in this kind of context. Your comment is making me wonder which one is correct now, if "sike" is a super common mistake or if it has taken over enough to become correct on its own in informal contexts. The Merriam-Webster dictionary does not list this usage and dictionary.com says it's a less-common spelling variant so I am inclined to go with you being correct, and me having come from a background that uses "sike" more frequently than most would.
Foraging would once again give me trouble when the same NPC invited me to go foraging with her and a group of other residents. I met the group, spoke to the NPC to start the quest, and followed the group as they walked through the forest, picking up ingredients along the way. Eventually, the group came to a stop, and I was instructed to forage three ingredients. The ones I’d already picked up didn’t count, and even worse, the area we’d stopped in was now completely blocked off — there was no escaping until I managed to forage three ingredients, but since I’d picked the area nearly clean already, I had to spend extra time frantically searching. Eventually, I found some tiny mushrooms I hadn’t noticed initially, but if I had found them earlier, I likely would have had to restart the entire quest.
Unintentionally Unwinnable is the worst.
Depends on how long those minutes are. If the end of the day hits you end up with halved energy the next day, Exhausted. Also, if the farmer is out of their house, even on the farm, without the It's My Farm I'll Pass Out If I Want To mod gold will be taken, and maybe inventory supplies if I recall correctly.
As a certified magic lover, I hope to see you succeed.
Nah, I'd play it.
I'm a musical theatre and marching band and choir kid at heart. I'd like to see something for non-rock, non-pop music. I like both genres well enough, don't get me wrong, but how about an orchestra for variety? It could be realistic with very low budgets and (I think) profit margins, or not so with the ability to make lots of profits like with most tycoon games. And musical theatre could be half music management, half regular theatre. Or just regular theatre would be cool too.
As a person with an ani.social account, the little character portraits look appealing and kind of remind me of earlier anime.
I do wonder how many clicks would have been gotten if they wrote this in a normal way. It's really sad that people write in clickbaity manners, but if your revenue depends on views… Not sure how payment works for articles though.
Likewise, especially with the title being about stress. I know some people want to take Stardew slow and find some of the timed bits or rushing to repair the community center stressful, and I mentally linked that with difficulty.
Having never played Genshin Impact because it's a gacha game but having a friend who plays it and knowing the artstyle:
