We probably are, but he doesn't just have "one" take. He's going thru the entire international community regional cuisine by regional cuisine. Dissing tacos, ramen, paneer and a whole bunch more. It's honestly impressive how he manages to be so wrong about food so consistently. Are you thinking of that one Swedish guy picking fights with the entire world? I haven't really seen those takes otherwise, but I'm sure they're out there and they should be reeducated
The worst thing is that plenty of Scandinavian food is fantastic. Its just been memed by nationalists to be "pork meat" (so we can exclude Muslims) and by Americans to be "fish, bread and mayo lol" because they have no understanding of culinary culture that isn't slapping the same spice rub on every single dish and calling it a day. I made an effort post on this on an old account.
But then they do this shit and it's just the most WASP thing you can do. Crusade against flavor + "won't somebody please think of the children?"

Very much so. ~~It's because a parent complained that their child ate one "with pink packaging" WHICH ISNT EVEN ONE OF THE SPICY ONES.~~ And now there's scores of parents applauding the initiative. I feel like a libertarian crying about a "nanny state".
