I mean, Fields isn't perfect. But a lot of the offense is pretty subpar.

QB & Staff Decision - would you be OK keeping Justin but not the coaching staff? Is that not repeating the same mistakes we've made before? in c/bears@nfl.community

I don't think Poles' picks are the problem at all here. This coaching staff might be historically bad though.
