I've only ever driven a petrol manual and a petrol automatic. Both very similar cars other than the manual was a 1,200, and the automatic was a 1L. I wildly prefer driving the manual one, granted most of my driving is in the country where it's fun to throw it about the gears a bit and there isn't tedius clutch control in traffic. I just find it a lot more fun, especially when rev matching etc, it just feels more rewarding to drive.

However, if I was driving an electric car, I wouldn't want it emulating a petrol manual, I'd want to try embrace it for what it is, and have fun with the faster acceleration instead of the gears. My main issues with current electric cars is they all seem to have massive bloody screens. To me this is the ideal interior for a car, its not to everyones taste but it provides actual physical gauges for everything I want, a screen small enough that it's not distracting, but big enough that it's useful for android auto, and I can't believe I have to say this but actual buttons I can click without taking my eyes off the road, feeling that the button has been clicked.

Honestly Apple seems like one of the more principled companies to me. They're highly opinionated with their products, and definitely not for everyone (including me), but they do genuinely seem to care a lot more about the actual users than Google does. I have a feeling it's because Google is really an advertising company, and Apple needs the users to be happy in the ecosystem.

From what I know though (and I could be wrong), that was sort of like the country wide minimum, however each prefecture had a higher one, so it actually wasn't 13 anywhere.

My last year thank fuck! My last one's on the 26th, then I'm finally done with high school. I actually have nothing against high school, wasn't brilliant, wasn't shite, just sick of A levels now

I don't think it matters if users upvote their own stuff or not, however I don't think users should be given the choice. It should either be users always upvote their own stuff, or users can't upvote their own stuff.

You're definitely right about there being some people who will play it for thousands of hours and probably get $1,000 of enjoyment from it, but where I think the comparison with a jetski falls down is a jetski is a physical thing, it somewhat retains its value, if you do get bored you can sell it later for whatever % of what you paid for it.

You cant really sell games like that anymore, especially not dlc.

I would love to know how many people have bought $1,000 worth of the sims 4, and how many of those have filed for bankruptcy by now for poor financial decisions.
